When will my order ship?
Orders will generally be processed within two to five (2-5) business days, but may take up to ten(10) business days. Weekends and Holidays are not business days. Items out of stock or on backorder may require a slight wait. Your desired shipping method goes into effect AFTER your entire order is processed.
I selected 2-day shipping but haven’t gotten my order yet. What gives???
If you select "USPS Priority" 1, 2, or 3 day shipping, we CANNOT guarantee you will get these items in those time periods. This IS NOT expedited shipping. Instead, the postal service has renamed their priority mail services but does not guarantee that these services will deliver in the time stated. Again, this IS NOT expedited shipping.
I ordered two weeks ago but still haven’t gotten my order. What should I do?
If you haven't received your order within 15 days of shipping, please email email@example.com with your name, account email address, and transaction number, and we will do our best to track down your order.
My package was damaged/I didn't get it at all!
I ordered internationally. How long will it take my order to get here?
First class international USPS orders can take up to 8 weeks to arrive at their destination. International orders may have customs charges attached depending on the country that they are imported to. Please be advised that we do not oversee these charges and have no control over them, nor can we quote them during the checkout process. Sidewalk is not liable for any First Class International shipment that may be lost in transit.
UPS Express Saver Paks will arrive in 2-4 days after shipment. These packages are tracked all the way to your doorstep.
How do I return my order?
Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for all return/exchange inquiries. All items must be returned/exchanged within 45 days (of the confirmed shipping date) for domestic orders and 90 days (of the confirmed shipping date) for international orders. Returns/Exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in resell-able condition. Purchaser will be responsible for all shipping charges, including the shipment back to purchaser on exchanges and a 15% restocking fee for returns.
If there is an issue with your order on the fulfillment end, the customer will not be responsible for restocking or shipping charges.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for returns/exchanges to be processed. Original shipping cost is not reimbursed on returns or exchanges. Send your unfit shirt(s) to:
